  • I dont liked deviled eggs , hard boiled eggs, or even soft boiled eggs, but one type of eggs that I am the Master of is medium boiled eggs. Signature is when you cut them and they look and taste like sunnyside yolks but dont run all over the plate as quickly. They are almost buttery ,Cooking these is all in the timeing. Once properly cooked, chop them so you can have an egg yolk peice with every eggwhite peice. Then add a little garlic, onion, red pepper, a half pinch of salt, and some bacon bits on top. Keep a dinner roll or a bread slice nearby to mop up any leftovers 👍😎 these are my favorite eggs and if your reading this I dare you babish to make them better. I'm throwing the gauntlet. Hashtag I think I'm cooler than I actually am. Liked the adventure time and spongebob episodes by the way👍

  • Speaking as a New Orleanian, you can wrap fire bricks in foil and use them to weigh down your muffelatta. Let them warm a bit on the grill or in the oven and then just put them on the top bun. Let them sit until they’re cool. The resulting sandwich is... amazing.

  • Idk if this serves any purpose, but when I make deviled eggs, I mash the plain egg yolks down into crumbs with a fork before adding Mayo and mustard. It always turns out really smooth and uniform when I do it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

  • My uncle brought us about fivehundredsixtythree homegrown lemons back from his beach house which we stored together with the other sevenhundredfiftytwo he had brought us earlier in the year so when I saw this recipe I thought it would be the perfect time to try a new lemonade method and BOY did it work!!! this lemonade is amazing, I immediately converted the measurements to metric and wrote it down to keep because I just CANNOT risk losing it in the future, 10000/10 would recommend
